Update from Paul

Have spoken to Paul earlier - all is well, although he is still feeling nauseous and not as well as he had hoped after the medication kicked in. He is hoping a couple of days rest will sort that out and that he can then continue riding on Wednesday. However if he has not recovered sufficiently he may consider having a day off from the riding as this does not mean he will have to withdraw from the race! Good that he is being sensible about it all!! Fingers crossed that he makes a good recovery!!
