Feeling a Little Better

Had a long chat with Paul before he went to bed this evening (7 hours ahead of Roswell in Malawi). He sounded so much better than he did yesterday, although a long way to go to full recovery. He had a good dinner and has decided to get back on his bike and ride tomorrow, though is going to take it very slowly again! The next section of the Tour is called Zambezi Zone and takes the riders through to Victoria Falls in Zambia. Here's wishing Paul a good night's sleep!
